At lunch and dinner, you can choose from a wide variety of starters, side dishes, hot dishes, desserts, and fresh fruit. Meals include draft wine and microfiltered water, while a curated selection of Sardinian bottled wines and other beverages is available at an additional cost.
Gluten-free products
Special attention is given to guests with gluten intolerance: we offer a dedicated menu with gluten-free first courses, main dishes, and desserts, in compliance with the required protocols. Starters and salads are available directly at the buffet.
